Terms of Service

Acceptance

By accessing Build 365, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Use of service

Build 365 is provided for internal team productivity tracking. You may not use the platform to store illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or access other workspaces without authorization.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination, workspace data is retained for 30 days before deletion unless an earlier deletion is requested.
