What we collect
Build 365 collects the minimum data needed to operate the platform: your email address for authentication, workspace membership data, and activity events from connected integrations (GitHub, Trello, Vercel, Sentry). We do not collect payment card data directly.
How we use your data
Data is used solely to provide the Build 365 service — displaying activity feeds, generating reports, and delivering notifications. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Data storage
All data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU region. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Your rights
You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@build365.co. Workspace admins can remove members and their associated data from the workspace settings.
